Structura 1.4 is for the 1.17 version. This version adds block updates as a pull that can be performed form the server. This can fix blocks remotely. Note as of the time of writing it is not compatible with 1.19 blocks. There needs to be an update to support the new blocks. The above video is a link to how to operate this version.
Note, This does not support pack generation on mobile.
